The Manager of the Fund is BIMB Investment
Management Berhad (BIMB Invest), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, which in
turn, is 51% owned by BIMB Holdings Bhd, a company
listed in BURSA Malaysia. BIMB Invest, a licensed
Fund Manager, was incorporated on 14th September
1993 and commenced its operation on 20th June 1994.

As at 30th June 2010, BIMB Invest which has been in
the unit trust industry for 16 years, has authorized capital
of RM 20 million and paid up capital of RM 15 million.

As at LPD, BIMB Invest has a Total Fund Size of
RM 228.7 million.

BIMB Invest manages five Fund namely:

1. BIMB i Growth,

2. ASBI Dana Al-Fakhim,

3. ASBI Dana Al-Munsif,

4. ASBI Dana Al-Falah and

5. BIMB i Money Market

~ with 38 staff force comprising of 28 executives
and 10 non- executives.

As the Manager of the Fund, BIMB Invest is
responsible for the day to day operations of the
Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Deed.

The main responsibilities of BIMB Invest include:

• Managing the investment portfolio of the Fund;
• Arranging Sales and Redemption of Units;
• Keeping proper records of the Fund and Unit Holders;
• Issuing reports on the Fund's performance to Unit Holders;
• Distributing of income and bonus Units to Unit Holders (if any), and
• Marketing Units of the Fund to investors
